Kelly is semi-retired after a 25-year career in the landscaping supply industry as the owner and operator of Daniel Stone & Landscaping Supplies. Throughout his career, Kelly’s main focus has been on customer service. He believes customer satisfaction is the bedrock of business success and is committed to making every project a priority from onset to completion, not leaving NEPco’s clients in the dark or in the dirt.

Monte retired from a successful commercial and residential maintenance, landscaping and pool business after ten years. Following retirement, Monte began breeding and training Blacklist Pedigree Quarter Horses for the cow horse and cutting industry. He’s frequently contacted to bid on and assist with jobs, which inspired him and his partners to launch Neighbors Envy Pool Co. Monte is a longtime customer and friend of Kelly's, forming a friendship and bonding over their shared passion for golf.

Juan’s 20+ year career began at age 18 when he took a job with Daniel Stone & Landscaping Supplies. It is difficult not to truly appreciate his passion and effort. Juan worked his way to a management position and after just a few years he was helping Kelly run the business. He loves working with people and it shows. His connections and friendships he has cultivated with sub-contractors and his ability to relate with clients makes him a valuable asset to Neighbors Envy Pool Co.
